The kitchen crew at De Jonge Dikkert is highly qualified when it comes to pampering you. You will enjoy modern French Mediterranean cuisine, with a few Asian flourishes that don’t mask the classical basis. Between courses, the chefs treat you to amuses that allow you to sample their extensive palette of taste sensations. You’ll see everything from truffles to tantalizing deserts. The menu changes every two months. In addition to a considerable á la carte menu, there are also a number of prix fixe menus on offer including the Menu Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe. The wine list has international allure.
Upstairs in the milling chamber, De Jonge Dikkert can accommodate groups of up to 32 persons for lunch and dinner. This is just the thing for either business dinners or family feasts.
